Fermandez Jones is a 6'0" point guard from East Coweta High School (Newnan, Ga). He is a natural floor leader that can not only beat his man off the dribble but he can stop and hit the mid-range jumper. He's strong, athletic and attacks the rim with great fervor. He can come off screens or create for himself to shoot the 3 ball. As far as academics, Fernandez sports a 2.96 GPA, and a 24 on the ACT. He has no off court issues and be is considered a "diamond in the rough". He will be an excellent playmaker on the next level. Currently, Jones has received offers from Emmanuel College, Tuskeegee University, UTPB, Catawba and Maryville College.
